Turkmenistan celebrates the 31st anniversary of the Independence of the country in an atmosphere of peace and harmony. Currently, a festive parade has begun on the square in front of the State Tribune complex. Before that, a flower-laying ceremony at the Independence Monument of Turkmenistan took place early in the morning.
